ASTROLOGY EVENTS
The Astrology Events were set up by Lena Hjalmarsson to create an opportunity
for people interested in learning and developing their knowledge of Astrology.
They run on a monthly basis with a variety of speakers giving their knowledge on
a specific subject. The talk lasts for two hours.
During the remainder of the day we explore a variety of interesting areas in our
own personal Horoscopes with Lena.
Each day is complete in itself – you can attend one or more events, according to your personal interests.
The Astrology Events are open for both beginners and anyone with more experience
of Astrology.

A day workshop with Melanie Reinhart

The ancient Sumerians revered the planet that we call Venus as an embodiment of their goddess Inanna, and indeed, there is an extraordinary symbolic resonance between the movement of Venus and the story of Inanna. During the workshop these parallels will be described, revealing the wisdom this story offers us abut the journey of love and loss, especially appropriate for the signs of Libra and Scorpio. The day will be illustrated with exquisite mandalas created from the orbital patterns of Venus relative to the Sun and the Earth.
Melanie Reinhart is best known for her book "Chiron and the Healing Journey" and her work on
Chiron and the Centaurs Nessus and Pholus.
She is a prize winning diploma holder of the Faculty of Astrological Studies in
the UK, of whom she is also a patron.
She was awarded the prestigious Charles Harvery Award in 2004, given by the
Astrological Association of Great Britain for "exceptional service to
astrology."
Her work is an unusual combination of intuition and meticulous research.
